Laravel 12 and PHP 8.2 on the backend, MySQL or MariaDB for data, Blade for SEO-friendly public pages, and a React + Vite SPA for login, the member dashboard, and the admin panel.

Do I need Node.js on my production server? expand_more

No, the release includes public/build/ with compiled assets. Node.js 18+ is only required on a build machine when you need to run npm ci && npm run build yourself.

Can I install without SSH access? expand_more

Yes. Open https://your-domain/installation (or your subfolder path + /installation) to use the browser installer. You still need database credentials and a writable storage/ directory.

Is demo data included with a fresh install? expand_more

No. Installation seeds reference data—countries, categories, amenities, settings, email templates, and translations—but does not create demo users, listings, or property images.

How do admin and member logins work? expand_more

They are separate. Administrators sign in at /admin/login; public users and agents use /login. Sessions use scoped cookies so an admin session does not appear logged in on public Blade pages.

Which payment gateways are supported? expand_more

Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay can be enabled in Admin → Settings for membership purchases, wallet top-ups, and listing promotions. Test and live modes are supported.

Does it support multiple languages? expand_more

Yes. Admins can manage languages and UI translations. Seeded locales include English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic (RTL), Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, and Turkish.
