1. Who may use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Services or make a purchase.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services and of any software you purchase complies with applicable laws in your location.

2. Accounts and security

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear inactive, fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms, or where required for security or legal reasons.

3. Products, plans, and descriptions

Redilix offers digital software products and related services for classifieds, listing, and marketplace businesses (for example scripts, applications, plans, and add-ons). Product pages describe features, pricing, billing cycles, and licensing options.

We aim to keep product information accurate, but descriptions, screenshots, demos, and marketing materials are for general guidance. Features may evolve over time. If a material change affects a product you already purchased, we will communicate updates through the Services or by email where appropriate.

Availability of products, plans, currencies, payment methods, and downloadable versions may vary and can change without prior notice, except where we have a continuing contractual obligation to you.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

By placing an order you offer to purchase the selected product or plan at the price shown at checkout (including applicable taxes where displayed).

Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment fails, fraud is suspected, product information is incorrect, or fulfillment cannot be completed.

Prices may be shown in one or more currencies. The amount charged is the amount confirmed at checkout by our payment providers.

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Your use of a payment method is also subject to that provider’s terms.

Invoices, receipts, and order history are available in your account where applicable.

5. Digital delivery, licenses, and downloads

Software is licensed, not sold. When your payment is confirmed, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to the plan you purchased and any license terms shown at purchase or in the product documentation.

Unless otherwise stated for your plan:

• Licenses may be limited by domain, installation count, environment (for example production vs staging), or other usage rules.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share product source files except as expressly permitted.
• You may not remove proprietary notices, reverse engineer the product except where mandatory law allows, or use the product to build a competing redistributable product from our codebase.

Downloads, license keys, and version updates are provided through your account. You are responsible for keeping downloadable files secure and for installing them in environments you control.

Support, updates, and upgrade eligibility depend on the specific product and plan. Expired or inactive plans may lose access to updates or support as described on the product page.

6. Your obligations when using purchased software

Products purchased from Redilix are typically installed and operated on infrastructure you manage (or that of your hosting provider). You are solely responsible for:

• server configuration, security, backups, and uptime of your deployment;
• compliance with laws applicable to your marketplace or classifieds business (including consumer, advertising, and data protection rules);
• content published by you or your end users on platforms you operate with our software;
• obtaining any third-party licenses required for fonts, maps, payment APIs, or other integrations you enable.

Redilix is not responsible for your end users, listings, transactions between buyers and sellers on your site, or disputes arising from your business operations.

7. Acceptable use of the Services

You agree not to misuse the Redilix website or dashboard. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• interfering with security, rate limits, or availability of the Services;
• using the Services for fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• uploading malware or harmful code;
• scraping or harvesting data from the Services in bulk without our written permission;
• impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with Redilix or Renaisoft Solutions.

8. Refunds and cancellations

You may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Contact us with your order details; we will process eligible refunds in line with this policy and applicable law.

Unless a specific product page or local consumer law requires otherwise:

• refund requests made within 30 days of payment are eligible for a refund of the amount paid for that order;
• duplicate charges, failed deliveries attributable to us, or clear billing errors will be investigated and remedied, including outside the 30-day window where appropriate;
• subscription or recurring plans, where offered, may be cancelled according to the cancellation options in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals. The current paid period may still be refunded if you request a refund within 30 days of that charge.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on your payment provider.

9. Support

Technical and billing support is provided according to your product and plan. Response times and channels (for example email or ticket) may vary.

Support covers reasonable assistance with our products as delivered. It does not include custom development, third-party plugin conflicts, or issues caused by unauthorized modifications, unsupported environments, or your own server misconfiguration — unless your plan expressly includes those services.

10. Intellectual property

The Redilix website, branding, documentation, and underlying platform are owned by Renaisoft Solutions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Purchased product code remains subject to the license granted to you; ownership of the copyright in the product does not transfer to you except for rights expressly granted.

You may not use Redilix, Redilix, XYZScripts, or related marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior written permission, except for truthful statements that you use our software.

11. Third-party services

The Services may integrate or link to third-party services (payment processors, authentication providers, analytics, hosting, maps, and similar). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

We do not warrant that the Services or any product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that they will meet all of your business requirements without configuration and ongoing maintenance by you.

Demo sites and screenshots illustrate typical capabilities and may not match every deployment.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Redilix AND RENAISOFT SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR A PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Redilix, Renaisoft Solutions, and their officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your deployment of purchased software, your content or business practices, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including licenses already granted subject to their terms, payment obligations, IP ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or account features if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security of the Services. Suspension of marketplace account access does not automatically revoke a valid product license unless the license itself is breached or revoked under its terms.

16. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services, products, pricing for new purchases, and these Terms. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.

Changes do not retroactively alter license rights already granted for a completed purchase, except as required by law or as expressly stated in the applicable license.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Renaisoft Solutions’ principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, courts with jurisdiction over Renaisoft Solutions’ principal place of business will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer.

18. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with any plan-specific license terms presented at purchase and policies linked from this site, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

By using Redilix, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
